Red River Seeds Ltd. was formed in December of 2012 by David & Lorraine Hamblin. The business had its start as a seed retail business but has quickly evolved into a buyer, processor, and exporter of various grains and oilseeds. Today, we are the leading buyer of rye grain in Western Canada; purchasing Hybrid and Open Pollenated rye grain for the distilling and flour mill sectors and for the cover crop seed market in the USA, as well as other domestic markets. With 25,000 mt of grain storage capacity, a state-of-the-art seed & grain cleaning facility, and a high-capacity grain dryer, we are uniquely able to handle any volume or quality of grain.
